Technical skills: Vlad is at his best when managing small groups of analyst/programmers working on software R&D projects that stand a high chance of being put into real production. He is convinced that small work groups, when properly managed, can be much more effective than large ones. He is a firm believer in object oriented design coupled with proper development environments.He is flexible to adjust to any hardware environment, but has a particular soft spot for LANs of high-powered engineering workstations.
