Spinning is a highly efficient aerobic activity
Scientific studies have shown that between 400-600 calories are burned during a typical 40-minute Spinning ride.

Spinning is a non-impact activity
Risk of injuries is minimal since cycling is not a weight-bearing exercise. Even if you're a new rider, you can conduct numerous spinning sessions every week without suffering the fitness setbacks caused by injuries.

You control your own resistance
Unlike choreographed exercise programs, you can exercise at your own pace during a spinning training session. The resistance knob on your bike allows participants of varying fitness levels to exercise together at effort levels consistent with their personal needs and goals.
