Introduction:

The project is almost complete.  You will now need to present the project.

The Assignment:

The assignment will be a presentation to me using Teams. These presentations will take place between April 15 and May 6^th.  Those individuals who do not show will not receive a grade, no exceptions.

The presentation should be between 15 to 30 minutes in length. You will be required to: present a power point presentation summarizing your development to present finished product of your new System. At the end of your presentation you will be required to turn in the project complete with any documentation as appropriate. This will be zipped and submitted via Sakai with the following name "Group#FinalPresenation.zip".  E.g.  "24FinalPresentation.zip"

How to Book a Time

Booking are done using Microsoft bookings here is the link:

Do not book last minute, the booking times are depending on my schedule. Book early please. It will be individuals responsibility to show on time.

In the name field put your group, E.g Group24. Enter your email address, be sure to do this. Teams, will respond to that address with your teams meeting link. Share this with your group. One of the issues with Bookings is that only 1 person can book into the slot, thus removing the slot from the schedule. If it is opened to multiple slot bookings, the risk is that multiple groups can occupy the same time slot. This is the best solution given the s/w limitations.

Marking Scheme:

The Marking Scheme will be based on presentation, preparedness and finished product. Questions may be asked at the presentation, be sure you are prepared. A final mark will be assigned following a complete review of the submitted material.

A brief history of your work
A description of your user group
Assumptions you made
Changes you implemented as a result of peer feedback
