Introduction:

The project is almost complete.  You will now need to present the project.

The Assignment:

The assignment will be a presentation to me in J328. These presentations will take place on/before April 26th A schedule will be posted on my door with available times. It will be your responsibility to choose an appropriate time slot.

The presentation should be between 15 to 30 minutes in length. You will be required to at the presentation: to present a power point presentation summarizing you development to present finished product of your new System. At the end of your presentation you will required to turn in the project complete with any written documentation as appropriate.

Marking Scheme:

The Marking Scheme will be based on presentation, preparedness and finished product. Questions may be asked at the presentation, be sure you are prepared. A final mark will be assigned following a complete review of the submitted material.

The department has a projector in J328. This projector will connect to the resident PC in J328 or any lap top with a standard VGA auxiliary video port.

Things to Consider for the Presentation:

A power point presentation

A brief history of your work
A description of your user group
Assumptions you made
Changes you implemented as a result of peer feedback

Final Project Demo.

The Submission:

1. Binder with written documentation, Phase 1-2 and any other as appropriate.
2. Group cover sheet with names of group, include url or CD of project.
