Design:
The VST Plugin that was designed it to be used to clip an audio file.
The bar controls the value that the wave is clipped at. If the sample of
the wave goes over the cutoff point its value is set to the value of the
cutoff point.
User Manual:
The slide bar controls the amount of the wave that is clipped.
As you move the bar further to the right the value it cuts the wave off at increases.
As you move the bar further to the left the value it cuts the wave off at decreases.
