It is expected that the participants will arrive on Monday 21 and depart on Sunday 27. The price for the accommodation is $CAN 853.83 (single occupancy) resp. $CAN 1203.94 (double occupancy). This includes the room from Monday to Sunday and all meals (except conference dinner). If you want to arrive earlier/depart later please feel free to contact the hotel (don't forget to mention the conference, i.e., Group Name: RelMICS 8). The cut-off date for registration is January 21, 2005. For registrations not received by this date we may not be able to ensure Availability.
A conference fee of $CAN
230 should be paid on arrival
in cash. The fee includes a copy of the participants' proceedings,
coffee breaks, the excursion and the conference dinner.
We might be able to waive the registration fee for selected
participants (depending on the final budget). If you would like to use
