Lab 7
Network Monitoring
We will be
working in the windows environment. Looking at the capabilities
of network monitoring software. There are several to choose
from, for this lab we will be using a commercial grade package
with a free trial.
Google Paessler monitoring software. Download and install this
package. This software is big, and not the easiest to wrap
your head around. The goal for this lab will be to learn to
use the s/w and create a map of the networking within
J327. This map must monitor the health of the machines
and components within J327.
Be sure to turn off the Windows Firewall.

connectivity of J327 up to and including the router.
